{"id":1135,"date":"2015-08-10T18:21:38","date_gmt":"2015-08-10T18:21:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooperar.coop\/?p=1135"},"modified":"2017-06-21T18:22:44","modified_gmt":"2017-06-21T18:22:44","slug":"ariel-guarco-visito-el-barrio-cooperativo-de-paso-del-rey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooperar.coop\/?p=1135","title":{"rendered":"Ariel Guarco visit\u00f3 el barrio cooperativo de Paso del Rey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El presidente de la Confederaci\u00f3n Cooperativa de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (Cooperar) hizo una recorrida por el complejo de viviendas que est\u00e1 construyendo El Hogar Obrero en esa localidad del partido de Moreno, en el Oeste del Gran Buenos Aires.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unas 150 familias tendr\u00e1n su vivienda gracias al proyecto cooperativo que El Hogar Obrero est\u00e1 llevando adelante en el Barrio Sanguinetti, de Paso del Rey, donde ya hay 73 departamentos terminados y habitados.<br \/>\nEl predio, m\u00e1s de 17 mil metros cuadrados, est\u00e1 ubicado entre las calles Intendente Dastugue, E. Ottone de Asconap\u00e9, Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear y Mart\u00edn Luther King. Cuando finalice toda la construcci\u00f3n, contendr\u00e1 seis edificios: cinco de viviendas, de 30 Unidades Funcionales cada uno, y uno de locales comerciales.<br \/>\nCada uno de ellos est\u00e1 identificado y denominado con los colores de la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional (Azul, Verde, Amarillo, Naranja, Rojo y Violeta). Tambi\u00e9n hay amplios sectores comunes: un quincho, un Sal\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples (SUM) distinguido con el color \u00edndigo y un sector de vigilancia y acceso.<br \/>\nEl presidente de El Hogar Obrero, dirigente de la Federaci\u00f3n Argentina de Cooperativas de Consumo (FACC) y s\u00edndico de Cooperar, Rub\u00e9n Zeida, acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la recorrida y se\u00f1al\u00f3 diversos aspectos acerca del impacto de esta iniciativa, como la extensi\u00f3n de la red de gas natural en la localidad y la instalaci\u00f3n de comercios en los alrededores.<br \/>\n\u201cSe nota fuertemente la impronta cooperativa en este lugar.
