{"id":2932,"date":"2019-10-09T14:32:27","date_gmt":"2019-10-09T17:32:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooperar.coop\/?p=2932"},"modified":"2019-10-09T14:32:28","modified_gmt":"2019-10-09T17:32:28","slug":"protocolo-contra-la-violencia-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooperar.coop\/?p=2932","title":{"rendered":"Protocolo contra la Violencia de G\u00e9nero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n aprob\u00f3 un instrumento para actuar en casos de discriminaci\u00f3n, acoso y violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/genero.cooperar.coop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Protocolo-de-actuacion-violencia-de-genero-de-Cooperar.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"documento (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">documento<\/a>, que fue elaborado por el Comit\u00e9 de Equidad de G\u00e9nero y recibi\u00f3 aportes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Normativa, recuerda el compromiso de la Confederaci\u00f3n con la prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de toda discriminaci\u00f3n, acoso y violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mayo de\n2015, Cooperar firm\u00f3 el Convenio Marco de Colaboraci\u00f3n con la Unidad para la\nPrevenci\u00f3n, Sanci\u00f3n y Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Violencia contra las Mujeres, dependiente\ndel Consejo Nacional de las Mujeres, lo cual dio el marco para la Campa\u00f1a Cooperar\ncontra la Violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s\ntarde, el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n aprob\u00f3 el Pacto Cooperativo por la No Violencia\nde G\u00e9nero, que contiene nueve compromisos para abordar la discriminaci\u00f3n,\nviolencia de g\u00e9nero y participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en condiciones de igualdad\nen entidades cooperativas y sus comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el nuevo Protocolo\nde Actuaci\u00f3n, Cooperar se declara \u201clibre de todo tipo de violencia, acoso y\ndiscriminaci\u00f3n, fomentando la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres e identidades\nfemeninas como parte del modelo de democracia, participaci\u00f3n y pluralidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s,\ngarantiza al interior de la organizaci\u00f3n el pleno respeto a los derechos\nhumanos, la igualdad y la no discriminaci\u00f3n por razones de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se invita a las entidades asociadas y adherentes de Cooperar a adherirse al Pacto y a adoptar protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n contra la Violencia de G\u00e9nero.
